  • Create genuine environment of philanthropy

Establishing a true environment of social service cannot be achieved solely through the labels of philanthropy or non-profit. While selflessness should underpin efforts to aid the poor and suffering, gaining acceptance for a commitment to social upliftment is not always immediate in today’s commercialized society. In the early stages, an NGO should develop a model of donation and collaboration that is closely tied to the economy. This approach will motivate those providing the service and increase the number of social workers, making them feel rewarded and inspired. This industrialization model is not permanent; its aim is to foster an atmosphere of mutual cooperation. Eventually, as economic incentives fade, acts of love, kindness, and compassion for humanity will naturally emerge, guided by divine grace.
